Iwis chain

Tryed to fit a new Iwis 80 link chain today but was way to tight anyone else had any issues. Before some ask's Im using 46/15 gearing

Are the sprockets new? If so....sometimes the teeth are cut very shallow, increasing overall circumfrence of sprockets and not allowing chain to sit deep enough.

The sprockets are 50 year old. When u measure it against old chain they are about same length. Will prob have to put old one in but wanted a new one for piece of mind due to age of old one
