Im fitting a new rear brake cable to my nearly finished Gp cutdown, ive looked in Stickys book and the only picture i can see shows the brake cable going under the engine mount but if i do it this way it seems to long and bends over on top of the engine.

Could any one please tell me if

A The Outers too long and needs shortening slightly

B it should go over the mounting

C Im stupid and cant see the wood from the trees - please dont answer that one lol

Help!

My opinion on this is:
I have been 'reprimanded' for running the cable over the mount in the past. So i have subsequently run it under the mount, and have found a bit of slack in the cable.
Actually, in terms of the brake working, in my experience it makes no difference.
