just been looking at the torque range surfer posted under the super monza dyno graph area, seems some of the tuned rapido cylinder combinations offer a less expensive option for providing a fast road engine, what do you all think?

Rapido cylinders have been a popular choice with the (Group 4) racing guys for many years.
Clearly there are plenty of tuners out there that are able to get great results from them. If I were looking to build a large block motor I'd seriously consider a Rapido cylinder with some work done by one of the professionals.
