Reminds me why I had so little interest in "pop" music at that time! I had to wait for Elvis.
"Does your chewing gum loose its flavour on the bedpost overnight" and "Grandfathers Clock" which topped the sheet music(pre singles !!!) charts for yonks in the fifties.

Took a while to get past that airline sit com with the two gay stewards who would sing the theme tune. I'm sure lots of you would remember it.... it wouldn't go out of my head.
