ts1 gearing

running standard ts225,devtour pipe,tmx 35,li 150 box...wich sprocket arangement would suit this please.........thanks mike

16/47 on mine which at 4.9 is supposed to be perfect for the pipe. Well I love it anyway at a little over 12 stone :)

im on 16x46 with an li box and on a series 2 with a dev tour..should pull your bike

I really have same question, TS1 but with JL3, tmx 35, Li 150 box. Was told by a few in the Know to use 18/47, but spoke to guy who had this in and told he was never out of 3rd gear, so he fitted 16/47, perhaps 17/47 would have been better, though stretched 81 link chains must be like Hens teeth. Anyway I'm thinking of reverting back to the 46 Crownwheel and 17 front sprocket, reasoning behind this is I have 225 Muggelo with 46/16 and it runs with ease so TS should be ok with 17 front sprocket. I think ratio is 4.6 .By the way the guy with 16/47 loves it.

I run LI 150 17 46 81 Link chain which is 4.6 on a taffy tmX35 V force 125 tfr TS1, runs fine up hill and down dale peaks at 7200 rpm 80mph

got the 18/47 in my engine with a li150 gearbox - it pulls the ratio easily, but my engine got about 35NM torque at this time....
