Mick not sure I know wot you mean....I would think you need the adjustment in that area for getting around side panels which need more play.

The prices are ;

X10 = £40

X20 = £35

X30 = £30

The main body part of the tool will be lazer cut and he will be changing the (blue peter) handle (his words).

Theres enough notes of interest in it for it to be the middle price although we will see.

if its of any interest pop your name down.

Not trying to knock what you are selling but I had one of those tools a while back (don't remember who made it) and ended up giving it away. It always flexed and the badges never peened correctly. The design was flawed, much too thin and if the the two ends are not perfectly alinged the pin won't spread correctly. For me, the best method is to use a special punch and hammer. The punch mushrooms the pin correctly and looks exactly like factory. The only problem is it takes two people to do the job with out scratching the paint.

I got mine from a us shop but I'm sure other shops have them.

Grumpy I know wot you mean although I disagree with the design flaw if it's lined up correctly it'll do the job just fine. This one that's being copied will be getting a tighter thread on the setting end as it had a little play in it. The reason I wanted this tool is when you've shelled out a grand on a paint job the last thing I wanted to do was use hammers and I also consider these new remade badges to be no where near the quality of original badges. I've seen brass inside the pin area of remade badges :freak:

RCA racer we would be at 15 if your confirmed which at this time makes the order £40 plus p&p.
Grumpy I'm not really selling these I need a multiple order for the engineering shop to go ahead.

I've made those before for sale with my other tools on the parts fair stall, I usually sell them for £25 ea but they took a while to shift them, if theres interest i'll make another batch.
