hi are all cosa clutches the same other than the teeth they run
if you know what i mean can you fit one in a px150 engine that came out of a p200 engine

Yes they are all the same. It will depend on what primary gear you are using as to how many teeth you can run though. I dont think the px150 has the same primary gear as a p200 so a clutch out of a p200 would not fit.

the most you can put on a px150 primary is 22 tooth. is it an old 150, or a newer Px150 disc (i know they imported a small number of these when P200"s were discontinued) anyway.... some early casings need a web machined off in the casing , and a bit ground off the clutch cover as well, to enable a bigger clutch to fit (7 spring) if youve already got a Cosa in there , most will fit. for tuned engines, i wouldnt put a standard Cosa clutch in. i prefer to fit old style 3 plate clutches , they hold together better. ive ran a tuned 177 motor on an old 6 spring clutch , with uprated springs and plates, and it held together better than a cosa.
