well it strikes me that there is still a bit of innovation out there in scooterland, very few original ideas about. i need to see the bike in the flesh before i decide whether it works but i'm bloody glad theres still people out there building 'em for me to gawp at. or of course you could have vinyl wrapped a full body indian GP and fitted a vietnamese seat,

Very nice scooter and top class work. Not keen on the back end spoils the look of the scoot, not my cup of tea either. Credit to you tho for a top class build, with a great spray job.
Outstanding work Mick. All credit to you mate.
Man that is just mad, I love it.
The level of detail and engineering is just outstanding.
Can you tell me has the cryogenic treatment to the transmission components been worthwhile ? :fb:

I'm not a massive fan of cut downs but as already said, that is quality work and I could spend hours just taking in the detail. I like the method you have used to hold the rear brake hose in shape, very neat

So far so good on all components. Over the years Ive blown up many gearboxes etc so looked to upgrade. The company i used do a lot of treating for mining company's on 650 ton trucks so took this as a good guide.bogs wrote:Man that is just mad, I love it.

I was told the problem is the gears point loading because the case warps at high speed . The treatment is costed per kg so was not too expensive
