crikey! probably not what you want to hear but i would junk that, how bad must it have been before the repairs.unless you are a skilled welder/fabricator or have a good mate who is the costs are going to be phenominal, and would have to be a super rare or historical machine to justify outlay. good luck if you decide to proceed.

Yes, I did get it from him, and it has cost me a lot of money already, but giving up now would cost me more, so I have sourced a new frame which should arrive tomorrow from Denmark, so I'm crossing my fingers this one will be better!GLscoot wrote:Was this bought of eBay from the company in Portsmouth. That looks stunning, but is it the same rotten frame this thread started with or the replacement
