Indian SIL GP factory stage 4 200 with SH2/22 (not Jetex) jetted 48 pilot and 123 main through a fast flow standard air box. 18/47 primary and SX150 gears fitted for the higher 4th gear. I've reduced the head gasket to a .75mm and smoothed out the inlet, transfers and exhaust ports. It has a Mazzuchelli GP crank fitted and I've removed (on advice from this forum) the bottom piston ring from the standard 3 ring piston which has made a slight improvement to acceleration and smoothness.
The next thing to do is check the timing as I've got to renew the drive side oil seal and crank bearings.
The exhaust has a pleasant note and loudish 'crack' to the sound but it is just a little more sluggish at low RPM and doesn't seem to want to rev out. Indicated max speed is 65MPH.
I had an AF 42mm and from memory it seemed to rev out much better as well as low rev torque.
Any thoughts?
