A pair of Jets - (danger, anorak alert!)

Post pics & videos of your scooter, projects you're working on, a lovely Vespa that you saw at a rally, or anything else scooter related.

Mine and Justin's (Plasticman) Jets at Hastings yesterday.

It was interesting (in a very anoraky way) to note the differences.

Mine is N reg and his is M. However I guess that mine must have sat in a showroom for years while people bought GPs etc.

For those who like that sort of thing, the differences are:

runners / mats
Chrome ring / no chrome ring
Eibar badge / Serveta badge
GP Ignition switch / cut-out button
GP light switch / LI Light Switch
GP Speedo / Different speedo (don't know what it is)

The colours are very similar even though mine was matched and mixed specially while Justin's was a standard Lada colour.

Justin's was found untouched and restored as it was found, mine had been repainted black but I've got old pictures of it pre-resto and all of the parts were like that when it was bought of the old bloke who got it new.
