Your wrong mate. They used to have settings based on their dyno sheets from a dyno operator in Cambridge who liked using a lot of AS atomisers. The old sheet of carb settings is not there anymore as they used to recomend AS266 with X2 or AV266 with X2 or X7.
The likes of the AV268/X2 atomiser with 40 - 50 slide have been put on the "newer" jetting recommendations from average jetting requirements from Charlies dyno.
I've seen the dyno sheets for the monza mate at Cam Lam and they are all around AV268/X2 130-135 main 50 slide (mugello 225 the same but around 120-125 main jet but usually with 45 slides)
I also did point out that it is not worth jetting a bike these days without DYNO or EGT to be SAFE!
P.S Look at the scootering article on the adjustable power jets. JUNE 2010. (i have it kicking around cos i run a powerjet the same)
Charlie recomends for 30mm PHBH, starting point on reed motors, X2 needle/AV268, slide 40-50, float needle valve 300-350, main jet 5-8 numbers less than running without powerjet.
Dont say this is different because it runs a power jet either as with a power jet you generally just decrease your main jet size.
Now look at cam lams jetting for monza with expansion.....X2 needle/AV268, slide 40-50, float needle valve 300-350 main jet 130......spooky!
