RB22/tmx
I am currently using the following; 22.5 pilot, 57 needle,310 main, a/f 1 turn out. AF rally pipe, 19/46 go box and timed at 17dbtdc. The thing is its great past 1/2 throttle but a pain in the arse below that. I've tried everything I can think of to clean it up low down (including Augusto 7k) but no joy. I'm interested to see if anyone is using a similar setup and how theirs performs?

What type of filter filter you using ?what clip position are you running at?you may need to try the leaner 58 needle if you're at top setting on the 58 needle.
Remember do very small adjustments and log down what you're charged, it may be better to get it set up on a rolling road .

Thanks for the replies lads. Toddy, its the AF 58/107 crank. I was running an Augusto 7k but unhooked it and went static til I was happy with the jetting. Dean, its unfiltered under a full panel. The carb mouth is machined so plenty clearance. I've had the 57 needle on top clip and considered going to a 58 but it kinda goes against previous set-ups with ts1s. I'm a bit worried that it,ll be too lean when I'm riding any distance in the mid range. I,ll keep at it though!

Hi,never assume 2 engines are the same on jetting, try the 58 needle but start off by fitting the clip at the bottom firstly it will be rich but you can always go up ,sounds to me if your'e at the top of the 57 needle you need a 58 anyway
