Yesterday i fitted my Mtech at position 8.
Strobed the timing 25° at 2000 rpm then when i revved up the engine, the ignition did'nt started retarding.
I checked the earth and the wirs but still no retarding.
Then i started moving the setting on the Mtec randomly and at one setting i found the ignition went at about 15° at 7000rpm.
Did anyone had this problem and resolved it?
Currently i'm using bgm stator and original Ducati CDI and regulator.

I cant get mine to move any more than five degrees even on the max setting. Have changed cdi stator and regulator, isolated ignition and changed flywheel and made good earth points but to no end. :?
