Rocho clutch help

I decided to fit the Rocho clutch, but Ive come across a problem :( Put it all together and went to kick it off and the kick start just went straight down with no bite whatsoever :shock: I tried it before I put exhaust back on and there was compression. So decided to strip it again. Couldnt see owt wrong so tried again...same :? I took the clutch cable off and it was slightly better but still spongy. Strip down again and did a few measurements. I came up with this ......
The old flange is slightly worn in the middle and measures 1.32mm
The new Rocho flange measures 2.37mm
I think the brass plunger is catching the raised bit on the flange even when it is as far home as possible....how do I get round this, to stop it catching

Take it out mate and give it to me and I'll give ya a nice 5 plate one.

Seriously though mate let me know what you find out as we're thinking of one of these for race scoot

All sorted now. Corrected the error of my ways.....Thanks Lee. :D :D

:oops: I was thinking it was the brass plunger and was adamant it was that :oops: Lee put me right....it was the kickstart shaft catching on the top plate :oops: :lol: :lol: live and learn... :lol:

Now done 100 + miles including a 15 mile 2 up thrash on motorway back from Cleggy today.....sweet as...very happy
