^... no, that was quite different, more I've peed, rather than 5-speed.

It's an oil tank.

Of course i never thrashed it and stuck to all the local speed restrictions :D :D
i rode the rapido fitted with the 5 speed and only for 15/20 minutes and loved it, no missed gears, no false neutrals all very slick.
I was expecting 4 gears and a monster high overdrive but its 5 perfectly spaced gears that kept the motor spinning.
The clutch was lovely and light just right for my soft delicate hands
sticky has this fitted into the best rally going scooter ever, a saddle like your favorite armchair, soft but not to squidgy suspension and a great motor.
So at the end of the year i'm back up to Al (diablo moto) 5 speed for me and some engine work as i'm sure he was the master behind sticky's :baddevil: :baddevil:
TS1 and PX stay in the garage (future barn finds) out on the GTS 300 when I go out on a scooter.
I know I’ll get there and back

just one question .. i assume the swing of the clutch lever is the same as for a standard 4 speed ... as in shorter bar movement between each gear ?

Yes, I think that is correct.

I was lucky enough to also ride Sticky's scooter last week with Train Driver at Diablo's unit.

An awesome bit of kit. Transforms a tuned scooter into something very special!

It's a must have piece of kit! £600 may seem expensive, but wait until you ride a Cyclone 5 speed, it's worth every penny! You'll be biting Dean's hand off for one!

PS I'm not being paid for this and I have only met Dean on one occasion!
