Augusto help

Have had an augusto for a couple of years now but have had to change some wiring and not sure if its actually working anymore... Can anyone tell me if there is a way to test it either on the scoot or out of it? Also does anyone have the directions for wiring one in from scratch as if it does work id like to put it back correctly myself without having to pay for it to be set up on a dyno again.....

The only way I know to test it is with a strobe, and check that the timing moves as you rev it.... from around 24 to 17 or wherever you want it to be....



8:40 onwards should give all you need to know

Obvious one is to strobe it and watch for the firing point to drop as the revs rise. As for 'from scratch' 'replay scoots have it on their web site still i think..but black wireoff agusto to earth. Coloured wire (red) from stator into/onto male connnector (same colour wire) from agusto then agusto red wire into cdi..... me thinks
