TS1 gearbox help

4.6 is high though in my opinion, even on a tuned TS1.

In some cases yes but people can tune TS`s to pull high gearing.Maybe you havent ridden one.I rode one of Jeromes 230`s about a year ago and it pulled like fuk from way low down and still hit about just over 8k revs.Im about 12st and it would certainly pull me at 4.6 which isnt about pub talk but if it can pull it,why not.Saves fuel and motor life.
There are other people still who can get a TS to pull nicely tall gearing and by the sounds of it,Woody has dealt with them.

just been out for a decent run on it and it seems to pull the gearbox , up a long slight gradient in fourth doing about 50ish ( running in ) and only had to gear down because the scoots in front were causing me to slow down too much. was going great guns then the exhaust fell off , f****n lambrettas lol
