Hi everyone I am looking for some advice on exhausts.

I run a highly tuned Imola 186 running a JL Race pipe in a full frame scooter.
Trouble is when tear assing about I tend to grind the RH Side of the exhaust on the floor round roundabouts.

What has more ground clearance without loosing what the JL Race pipe gives my engine?

Cheers

Worth a chat with Simon Brace at B-Race Tuning, his Stealth pipes are awesome when it comes to ground clearance as you would have to drop the bike to scratch the exhaust...!

Not convinced the Stealth would give you the same characterisitcs as the JL4 but I know he's working on a new version.....

I have a one off B-Race pipe that I'm selling. It's currently at MB's place in Doncaster, being replaced with one of his Clubmans, as I've decided to de-tune the engine slightly. Cost me an absolute fortune, and there is nothing like it on the planet. I'm looking for about £400 for it, and yes it's expensive, but it cost me a LOT more than that ! Don't have any photos, but pop in and see Mark, he'll gladly show it to you. Totally ungroundable, multiple fixing points........ this baby won't snap !

Yup. My clubman has reasonable clearance.
I've never ridden an Imola, let alone a highly tuned one. I doubt my clubman would have the power characteristics you're after.
But I've never left pretty patterns on the road, dragging it round corners, or bashed it riding over speed bumps;)

Yes, got a Race MK2, i´m very satisfied with the ground clearance - but don´t expect it to be as good as a Clubman....
