nice spray job.

as for your carb what idle jet are you running. when i first got my rb22 set 34delly to AF recommendations same as you have basically, bit coughy spluttery at low revs, did have a 40 idle now got a 35. improved low throttle no end.

Thanks for the comments,
The pilot jet is 55, but I do have a 35 so might try that. The only thing is, I beleive, that when rolling off the throttle at speed a bigger pilot jet helps lubricate the engine, but if the 35 does work better i will expeiment furhter.
As for the spray job, basically I'm a bit tight and like to have a go. It cost £140 with the paint and transfers/paint masks. The only sticker is on the toolbox lid the rest is paint

Come down on the idle jets in slower stagges if you can. i would try a 50 then 45 rather than jump down to a 35. better safe than sorry.

I think I will get it dyno'd when I can,
I would love a Foxhat spider but at this time will have to make do with my welded spider.
I dont go around with any club, usually just ride on my own. i have a few friends who have scooters, and none of them are in clubs either, if I can tag along with people I like that.

When is it for sale, :)

I am going to do my best to keep this one, I have a bit to do untill its how I want it yet anyway.
