Dunno owt about spaco carbs although those settings look like dellorto, I'd move onto a av266 as I holed two pistons and only stopped when I moved up to a 266. Did you get the piston sorted?

hi i cut the windows in the piston with a dremel and its fine
i took my delly 30 off my other scoot that has a av 266 atomiser and with a bit of playing it is all running fine now although it is miles out on what camlam and others say on jetting it is now 30 delly open mouth, 55 pilot, 148 main, x7 needle 2nd clip from top, av 266 atomiser does this sound about right

hi right i have gone back to my 175 kit for now as i couldnt find what was wrong with the imola i stripped it down twice and couldnt find where an airleak was but it must be from the inlet and all seemed to seal up ok it was always running lean, could it be the mugello piston that i cut windows in be the problem?
