From what I can see Nigel, it looks good, but it's too small to view on an iPhone

I was trying to meet Eden's rules of 800x800 and less than 512kb 
I had to reduce it from 3Mb 
I'll post a version from Photobucket for the full impact....

There was an effect I saw an here a little while back that made the photo look like a really good drawing, I thought it looked great, I think a mate of his did it who's a pro, but does anyone know what effect it was?
