It was quite late when I finally got the tank fitted last night and I automatically thought the worse. But after looking at it with some fresh eyes isn't wasn't as bad as I first thought.
Thanks for all the advice!

Yes, it's all Diablo's fault. If he'd make a mid range tank I wouldn't have to import them.Andy Pickering wrote:Should have gone to Diablo..

I reckon there's a much bigger market for the 12 litre tanks than there is for the 15 litre ones. We're not bothered about air boxes but we do need a usable tool box.
You're missing out Al.

It's amazing how often it works to walk away from something and start over the next day. Glad it's sorted Jordan. I'll speak with SSC and see if I can get them to pay a bit more attention to this issue. I checked an Innocenti tank earlier and the thread is about 4mm shorter so would surely make a difference to how high the tap sits.servetakid wrote:It was quite late when I finally got the tank fitted last night and I automatically thought the worse. And if they were to move the tap fixing back by about 5mm as well, the tap would be no where near the mount.
I agree with corrado. Most people want a bigger tank but want to keep the toolbox. There should be more mid range ones available.
There seems to be a good market for these.
