I can't find a single post on this subject so I'll ask it:

Why can't I get the Foxhat spider to go into the MB lightened crown center? With the needle bearings it is too tight/too small. A member on the LCUSA site says I'll have to look into getting the center of the MB crown honed. There is no mention of this subject anywhere I could find.

Anyone have any input on this?

there is something on the MB site, where someone has bought one of MB'S own spiders and had to get it machined to fit.If you look at the review part of the item description.http://lambrettaspares.com/spares/clutc ... b0757.html don't know if this helps or not :?

I have one of those too it's fine with a standard sprocket and a scootrs one but doesn't protrude thru an mb sprocket.... Good value, long term we'll see how it goes
