Sorted! Turns out the 'top quality' front sprocket purchased from a well know auction site, was made of cheese. The original Innocenti parts have worn the sprocket almost flat causing the cush drive to slip under load. Next question, can anyone recommend where to purchase a quality 16 tooth sprocket from? Cheers all.

I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.

Any of the reputable dealers should be able to supply a decent quality sprocket, MB, AF, SR and at least you can go back to the if it's crap
