fuel starvation

i noticed on my t5 when i get down to the last couple of litres in the fuel tank doing hill starts i have a problem the scooter does not pull away till its less steep any ideas of how to sort it are welcome thanks ;)

I had same problem on a malossi 166 and 210 SIP fast flow tap solved it.

just doing a lads T5 , 172cc malossi. he"s had a bit of the same, SIP fast flow tap, and ive drilled the banjo a bit to help the flow, shortened his petrol pipe (it was very long, and not helping the flow) and fitted a harder back shock, to help keep the tank level when loaded up.
