hello all,
stupid question I know but....
It's been so long since I set up my Agusto 6000 I've forgotten what the start and end points should be.
What should the timing start off at and what should it retard to at high revs? The engine is a 240 mugello with an LTH reed.

All a bit academic for the moment. The Agusto has gone wrong. It's causing a serious misfire.
I like the idea of the variable ignition though. Are Agusto's still the one to go for or are there better thing available now.

To me, the Chiselspeed box sounds a bit too clever for its own good. 16 different settings! How do you set up something with that much scope for adjustment.

ask martin when you buy one he will help you out with the settings

That looks like it might cost a tiny bit more than an Agusto or a Chiselspeed box

Only in the short term. If your Agusto box goes pop, causing your engine to go pop, 300 miles from home.. Richard's kit is cheaperArmandTanzarian wrote: That looks like it might cost a tiny bit more than an Agusto or a Chiselspeed box
It also looks awesome. Which is worth the asking price alone.
