my chop frame was an odd size but cant remember off hand , it was also slightly oval . we had to cut up 2 other bikes for frame sections to extend mine . 1 was an li150 and 1 was a sx200 i still have the li rear frame /engine section but gave the sx 200 remainder away , the chap who took it turned it to a sx650 trike

outside dia is 65mm ..thats measureing my s1 frame at a few points ..65.44 - 64.93 etc ( yes its slightly oval )

wall thickness is 3mm therefore internal dia is 59mm

i dont belive any modern tube stock is the same and the closest you will get is 60mm dia

Try Roger at Pro-Design in Littlehampton. He bought some 63mm O/D tube in for my chop frame and I'm sure he has some left.

I,m just on with replacing the front end of a series 3 sx 150 frame as the steering column was knackered.
i had a doner series frame ,so both italian and series 3.
the sx 150 tube is 64mm outside dia,58mm inside ..so 3mm wall thickness .
however ,the doner frame is 65mm outside,60mm inside ..so only 2.5mm wall ..nothings straight forward is it with scooters
