You couldn't not notice it on mine as you couldn't get the stub off the downpipe without a hammer, so had to go through the above process. I should have fired it back really. Sounds like the problem hasn't been addressed. It's not just on the ADS but all pipes made by NK.RobD wrote: Had a few issues fitting it though as the pipe wouldn't fit properly into the stub manifold for the cast barrel. Fortunately I noticed before I tried to fit it to the scooter. It slid easily into the TS1 sub but where the tube is ovalled to fit the flange for the cast stub it had distorted it all and the pipe wouldn't go in more than a few millimetres. A few hours of dremelling the stub, squeezing it in the vice and eventually cutting about 8mm off the end of the pipe itself meant it went on but I still had the slot the holes in the crankcase mount by about 8mm to get it to fit unstressed.

Mine was on a Muggy 225 with TM24 carb. Can't remember the gearing, except that I was using an AF close ratio box, though I'd guess at 19 x 46. Holed the piston playing about trying to get the jetting right so the pipe never really had a fair trial. It's going back on when I rebuild it though.camel wrote: corrado...what set up do you use...gearing and top end....whats your take
