I've fitted my power jet to the 30mm Dellorto, TS1225 but I'm not sure which is the best way to go.
So far..
Main Jet 122
X13 Needle second from top
AV266
I've the power jet on a 3/4 turn low down is ever so slightly rich, but further up leaner.
Do I up the Main Jet or turn the Power Jet open more?
Not really found anything substantial with regards to info on the Power Jet yet.

fitted a few now and found to be very finnicky even on the dyno with lots of data available getting the main jet, needle and clip and pjet adjustment just right is quite difficult
for the road testing point of view id go rich on all the settings and gradually lean off just until in stops spluttering

Hi there,
Here's my set-up, still tweaking thing's, recently went down from a 126 main to a 125 without touching the power-jet setting or needle position
fitted to a 30mm PHBH on a tuned 225 rapido. The length of the tube effects at what throttle opening the power jet operates at, the adjuster effects the amont of fuel added. 1/4 turn equates to approx 1 jet size. So far i've managed to reduce my main jet size from a 128 to a 125. Running an AV266 with X2 needle, 40 slide, 55 pilot and 70 choke, open carb, Franspeed race, timing @ 17' degrees
I reckon your mains a bit lean and or i'd try a X2 needle with the AV266 atomiser?
At the moment i'm trying to get the arear where the scooter goes from the main to the main/powerjet right.

Bilko send me a text tomorrow afternoon and I'll send you jetting details of a bike with same spec as yours with powerjet.

I was gonna congratulate you too Bilko, but the preceding evidence and the way you worded it didn't stack up, I still don't think it's clear, but I know what you mean, congratulations

Turn On, Tune In, Cop out!
I found the best way to start to setup the adjustable powerjet is to turn it off then jet the carb in the usual way. Then turn the PJ on 1/4 turn and then drop the main jet until the jetting feels right again. do this a couple of times till your happy, this should give you a good base setting. Plug chops all the way.
Also you'll get a feel as to what part of the throttle the PJ becomes active.
