Dellorto 28mm Jetting

Running an MB SIL RT 210 set up. 25mm Dellorto with foam filter, 42mm KBA and GP200 Indian box 46X19. It's going well but get the feeling that the engine could pull more with a bigger carb on so I've got a 28mm Dellorto to go on and looking through different setting others have I've gone for - 120 Main, 50 pilot, AV264, X13 Needle, 2nd clip down. Any comments on this before I bolt it on?

check the neele valve and seat size is at least 350 as well as the casting behind the fuel filter is clear of any flaws
start with a bigger main say 130 ,you can always come down if too rich
