I've got one gone out of shape too.

Has anyone managed to get one replaced under warranty? Mine has only done about 1200 miles.

Seems to be a problem with Schwalbes from geared scooter tyres right down to bicycle tyres.

MRB are aware there has been issues with some Schwalbe tyres de-laming and from memory Mark was concerned about high BHP scooters causing the problem,

I have held one of these de-lamed tyres and the top layer has literally pulled from the base layer..

3.00 x10 raceman on our sprinter must have under 5 miles on it and its gone severely egg shaped. Fair enough we have sprinted with it and it must have failed with acceleration rather than top speed knackering it. But gonna go back on the old Sava's which have been well used but ain't failed yet.

To be fair i've seen conti's delaminating , and Michelin, personally think it's where they make all the tyres now rather than type of tyre's.

As a user of solely Schwalbe tyresthis is concern. With this number of failures there must be some feedback from the supplier/manufacturer. Gonzo, I'm sure you've reported this to the supplier, what was the response?

Why contact the manufacturer when you can post on a forum?
