vespa keeps stalling when i put it into gear ?

my tuned vespa px 125/166 keep stalling when i put it into gear even with the clutch pulled in it. Ive replaced the clutch, brass nipple and pressure plate the clutch has plenty of clearance and nothing is catching.doesnt matter how much i adjust it on the adjuster still does it any clues anyone

Have you siezed it, or had the crank out, if so it could be the crank rubbing on the casing causing it to stall. (standard disclaimer,what the fcuk do I know) :ninja:

yer had it out becasuse i bent the crank so is the crank to far in ?

Listen to and feel how it turns by hand, you will probably hear it knocking and feel it stick , new crank or rebalence i'm afraid
