Hello- I've fitted an RB25 kit to a Jet200 engine, using the specs provided in the kit by AF. I've purchased the recommended VHSB-34LD carb (used) but its missing a few parts. Few people on this side of the pond have used these carbs, so I'm having trouble getting answers. I've gotten on well with the blurry exploded diagrams in Italian, but can't figure out a few things:

1) Does this carb use the "deep" idle jets, or the normal jets? The diagrams explain "some" VHSB carbs use the deep jets, but not which ones.

2) Same question about the filter that fits in the float bowl nut. Some carbs use them or not?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Assume you've been here?

Looks like you can use either idle jet but the filter is in there.

Filter should be in there
As for jets you can use either, mine came with the longer style. Have change mine and again bought the longer style jet. They are ment to atomise the fuel better in the idle circuit.

Thanks for the advice. I eventually did find a diagram in english from smellofdeath too. I'm running way rich with the AF recommended settings, and the only thing way off was the idle circuit.
