i'm after an ancillotti seat for my gp. long back with strap. had a look on ebay.uk and the style of seat i'm after is for sale from india, anyone know of a shop in the uk that sell this type. thanks in advance.

Most of the lambretta shops sell them but this chap is very nice to deal with, (Corrado on here and LCGB forum) if you scroll right down the page past the seat covers you will find what you're looking for £65

of course joey, like there are lambretta's and bikes that say lambretta on them anyway, found a seat i'm happy with, on the just lambretta site, so thanks for your' imput guys.

Have to say that those £65 seats are fu***ng uncomfortable!!! In the end couldnt take it any longer and coughed for a cassa which was a lot more wedge but does look the boll**ks and is much nicer on your ar*e.

The £65 seats are Vietnamese Ancilllotti style seats. I've got the Indian Ancillotti copies at £50.

as theres no way of testing your arse on a seat over 100 miles til youve bought it be aware that ive got 4 different ancillotti seats -copies and originals' and my conclusion is the more you pay the better the seat all round. or buy your cheap bread loaf shaped seat, remove the shitty foam and add modern layeered memory foam and recover.
