Ignition is made by Electrexworld and the piston is ground out then bead blasted

I'm completely jealous!
:D he sure was and he dropped off an SX200 for me to do next and he has started with the bits already ;)
Primo! Bring it on!

I am finding out after collecting bits to assemble a second scooter over the last few years that its REALLY REALLY hard to own 2 fully fitted scooters and get them to be going at the same time... I got my special going last week, and last weekend my series 1 crapped its varitronic ignition! I've spent more than my years scooter allowance on my special and have none left to replace my vari flywheel and stator! ARSE

jason what is the best set up you are finding using the reed valve manifold on piston port cylinders, ive seen a few you have posted on here so im thinking you have plenty of experience with them, cut a boost port or not?is the manifold worth while?what sort of performance are you getting?

They work well giving more bottom end,got one on my own bike so I must be happy with them ;) this tune was for a low down puller so I did not put any boost ports in.

i have a mark one muggello 225 i was thinking of doing this too,but obviously worried it was worth the expense and work and potentially ruining the barrel,im really tempted to try one on a indian iron 200 as a sort of credit crunch tune, what exhaust timing do you go for?
