At the moment have an original 46 crown wheel with the bearings as oppose to the brass bush, was going to change to a 47 but change of plan and am now going to stick with a 46.Anyway mines getting a bit past it,usual wear and tear ,filed it down a few times but really needs a new one,so going to do it over the winter months.Have got a scootRS clutch spider which will take 4-6 plates and will be using probably a 5 plate clutch with camlam uprated springs .There seems loads of crownwheels out there would anyone be able to guide me in the right direction, don't want to use the GP brass bush would rather stay using bearings any feed back on these?

I'm in the market for a crownwheel as well, love to get some feedback on the good the bad and the ugly..I'm kinda leaning toward the Tino one, middle of the road price wise, looks ok.. although, looking at your list, I would almost say a few of those all roll out of the same factory... :?

Cheers lads (and thank you Red for keeping the thread going) so far have got these

and a standard LI/SX clutch pressure plate
So just the crownwheel to go,if I can get hold of another Italian 46 tooth crownwheel is it just a case of taking it to a decent machine shop to get it drilled and deepened or is it a bit more involved than that? And again thank you all for your replies.
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.
