apart from the addition of an augusto my rb20 is a standard set up with a 30m delly and franspeed race pipe. JB dynoed it and it came out at 19.5 brake whcih i was pleased with, especially as Johns Dyno tends to turn out to the lowest figures for scoot dynos (that is unless you used the one at mesrea, just ask Mark...
)

We get just shy of 28brake on our tuned RB sprinter, suspect piston is a little fooked now, but new piston and possible further tuning on the way. As a matter of interest whats the max bhp/torque anyone has got from this kit?

I had to cut a hole in my GP side panel for a 32mm Mikuni. There seemed to be enough clearance when you looked in from the flywheel side with the RH side panel on, but when I had it dynoed at Chiselspeed we found that fitting the side panel took 5bhp off the max reading and made the curve shape rubbish. I forgot to say, I love the RB20kit, after my dyno visit to Chiselspeed it's making 20.5bhp with a very wide spread, over 2000revs above 18bhp, good torque too with the CS road/race exhaust, takes off when it hits the power band, gains revs really quickly. I've done about 1500miles since I got it with no problems attributable to the actual kit, I think it's a good option for the readily available small block casing.
Saying that, the minute it turns really cold it's getting taken to bits and tuned! I'd like around 25bhp ideally, just for a bit more fun without making it too fragile, should be easy enough to achieve.

No idea. But Chiselspeed's "Fat Lass" makes 30+bhp, no welding, no extra ports, standard fan, cowls etc.Eibar wrote:... As a matter of interest whats the max bhp/torque anyone has got from this kit?
