Is Deanspeed still going?
Am after one of their 190 pistons (64.5 mm) but no reply from email, phone etc. Any help appreciated, cheers

Their communication can be flakey, its hit or miss on the phone.
When I do find a human, they are more than helpful, I'd say keep trying.

Is the stock size 64, and you need the next size up? I have the stock one from my kit sitting in a box. I heatseized because of being too rich. It would clean up very well though, it isn't scuffed just has burnt oil all over it!! The rings were stuck in the slots from too much coke! Again would clean fine if your interested. Just let me know and I can send some pics. I'm in the great white north eh!

Yeah, he had a standard but has holed his piston n knackered the bore and it'll take at least a .5mm oversize to clean it up. I may be able to use the piston in something else thou ..pm a price? Cheers Ian.

so i spoke to the man himself. he has everything BUT a 64.5. will a 64.6 work? that still leaves 2 more sizes available.

Ian, the piston is on it's way. Included are detailed instructions from Dean for set up. So Cal scooter parts (the mail order agent for Deanspeed) should be back up and running in the near future. Please let me know how things turned out.
