I have a Sil made in 1978 according to the frame. Anyone know what sort of forks i should order. As my welded damper bracket came off. So i thought perhaps just as well getting ones that have been done properly.

Also, looking at MB's for links made form better steel. Are these worth the money?

One more question how much difference do adjustable front dampers make?

thanks guys.

find a competant dealer to reweld the damper bracket back onto your 1978 forks. one thing i can tell you for sure is they will be a hell of a lot better quality than the latest batches. MB links look good quality but they arent cast like originals if youre going for looks.
