t5 tuning

want to re vamp my t5 engine at present malossi 172, 21 tooth cosa clutch, standard carb, simmonini exhaust,

carb/ignition/porting/exhaust/head/crank any ideas want a fast tourer

U want a fast tourer by an fj1200 as obviously scooters are to slow for you ;)

happy at 60mph joe but with been a fat tw@7 revving the fook out of the scoot at present wanting to drop the revs but keeping 60ish pulling power, and as for the bike comment, BIKES IVE s**t UM scoots from 1979 to present day.

JL3 exhaust, and cut crank......simples.

T5's are great, but what ever you do it will always rev it's tits off..............................it's a T5!!!

T5"s are made to rev. malossi 172, sip cylinder head, JL r/h pipe, and a standard upjetted carb, or a 30 mm dellorto if you want more. i usually put a 21 tooth clutch cog on . for a more torquey motor, how about a polini 152 ? they go canny if set up right, but take away most T5 characteristics. or buy a P200?
