carb change question

running a 30mm phbh on my iron barrel tuned 225 and its a bit thirsty so im looking for a smaller carb what do people reccomend?

Is it a bit old and worn? My 30 mil on my GT is great on fuel. And it's better than a standard GP200 with a little carb on it.

Edit.. that doesn't help you much..
But I ran this engine with a smaller (25 mil) carb before - and the performance wasn't as good - and I wouldn't bother going back to the smaller one.

I've just ordered a Mikuni TM24 to replace my PHBH 28, I was so impressed with the first one I bought I thought I'd try another.

PHBH 26 would be a relatively painless swap.
