malossi 166 .... jet size advice please

hi , just bought a px125 disk 2003 , have a malossi kit 166 and a revolver stainless exhaust to fit ..
im after advice on what jets to use as im sticking with standard carb .
seems a bit of a hit n miss ????????
urgent help would be good as need the bloody thing back on the road tomorrow !!!

Not familiar with the exhaust but nearly all the 166's I have done run on P2 24mm carbs with 125 to 130 main jets and BE3 mixers so you could try 125 and work down doing plug chops. You would be best with a BE3 mixer as it richens the mixture more than a BE4 and you may need to play with the screw on the back of the carb ,out to richen.

try this . 140 /BE3/122..... 55/160 pilot drill the air filter above the main jet 2 turns out on the mixture screw. should be near , a tweek on the mixture, or the main.
