on the second photo you can just see the outline of the cush drive washer, the sidecasing is an Indian GP type.Ran like a dream last weekend,no oil leaks and the split isn't all the way through. As a precaution I am going to fit a spare sidecasing I've got in the shed somewhere, the cush drive is correctly torqued, the only thing I can think of is to use a thicker gasket on the sidecasing ,would a 1mm or 2mm do the trick?,or is the 2mm too thick? would this affect the clutch a lot?at the moment the gasket is a "standard" one
Cheers Dave
