Yes I do, its a long stroke mugello with a reed valve . Not sure what the comp ratio is but it is a monster to kick over. So thats just progessive stress failure is it ???

OK , Cheers .
Its a series 3 block with a S2 side casing in my Series 2 .
Am I right in thinking I`ll have problems with the kickstart hitting the floor if I put a Series 3 casing on it ?

That's fine. But you do realise the kickstart won't then stop against the casing. So you'll either have to lengthen the tongue or use a later S3 kickstart and bend it to suit.
