I hava Casa210 kit with delly28PHBH x13 needle(top clip) AV264,105main and 50 pilot with remote filter,SX150gearbox and Indian clubman,18x47 drive...was pulling a 19x47 but chain stretched so had to go back to 18x47. There appears to be a slight light metalic rattle when idling but this seems to disappear once revs are increased. Pulling power is brilliant, no real increase in max speed wwith my setup.
My engineering expert has compared the specs of the piston and found them to be comparable to all other sizes of Lambretta suitable piston, so we concluded that the piston ring grooves may be slighlty deeper.
I have now done about 2500 miles on this engine with no real problems. Any further concerns, please feel free to PM me
NO IT'S NOT A F***IN* MOPED!!!!!!
