I spoke with Chalky today, he confirmed that it is a MB head, which he tuned to suit.

looking through eBay i found a few suitable alternatives

Yamaha dt 250 (70mm bore),
Suzuki ts 185 (62mm bore),

then there was this type of mz head

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

thing is unless you have accses to ally welding and are able to machine it to suit you may as well just go see mr b

I bit the bullit and just ordered one from MB, they show as out of stock but if you phone your order in a nice man called Phillip will machine a head to your spec and despatch.

I will post pictures of said shiny item upon receipt.....

Are you going to run it on a road bike if so will you be putting a scoop on? Would be good if you could get like for like temps both with a normal set up and the oversized head... ;) :D
