I follow guide that is on facebook, you get the complete kit with two adjusters, small one worked on bench to stop rear wheel but when i rode on road it didn't stop me quick enough, so i put the larger one in , put hub on , took it off and tighten every think up and away i went , i can mot it now as just run out, last year i said i would fix it, and he passed it, but whatever i done i could not get it any better. so i was glad when someone though of a different set-up which was worth a try and i glad i tryed it as it works a treat, so onwards and upwards i go

I have just fitted mine, i too followed the guide on facebook as it came with no instructions. It fits and works perfectly! Excellent piece of kit.
