clutching at straws..........
anyone tried the "morris" ssc 5 plate casette style clutch? looks the same as the AF 6 plater, but 200 quid cheaper(and one plate less) been having a bit of clutch malardies lately, so looking to go down this route (or buy a single seat, that might be a cheaper policy
)
Not tried one but you van get a rocho68 one for less and it will be a superior English made clutch
i dont want to be a guinie (sp) pig to tell the truth. i could experiment myself with different baskets /crownwheels /springs etc. but cant be arsed. i want a tested , cassette style clutch. i dont want to be the RD department for someone. so , anyone using the 5 plate Morris clutch?
ok im sorry for suggesting a tried and tested cheaper proven product
like i said, anyone got the morris 5 plate fitted . thats what the thread is about. nowt else.

i`ve got experience with the ssc clutch - but there was a scootering article on them and they got a good write up other than the riveting work - but i think thats been changed. I must admit i have been tempted to try one but i`m not gonna fix something thats not broken
Told you at tan hill - get a single seat.........but dont tell Jan I said that !
I`ll pop round this week for a cuppa after work
