I have a torque wrench that starts @ 6NM & noticed that the rear hub bearing flange nut needs to be toured in @ between 4.7 & 5.2

Does it matter if I torque the nut at the min setting on my wrench?

Most inexpensive clicker type torque wrenches are not so precise at the lower end of their range. Sometimes up to 20% of the lower end is inaccurate.
